Recently we can observe great value increase in exchange rate for Gbp. Throughout summer for 1 gbp you could get around 4 zloty. In the last three weeks it started climbing up and up. Today it is already roughly 4,6 zloty you get for 1 pound and still increasing. 
The beer is getting cheaper as well. HINT - Avoid main square area where booze is most expensive and look for cool beer gardens in the courtyards and cellar dive bars. You will usually pay half or 1/3 of the main market square price for 1 pint. SAVE YOUR PENNIES
